An application for clients and carriers for recording and handling complaints. This application also works via the internet and alerts stakeholders with information and responsibilities at key moments. Monitors progress and identifies deadlines. Reporting and analysis. An important feature here is that when there is a complaint about a specific trip, the customer and trip data are automatically linked to the complaint.
